Can't e File 2022 return - K-1 requiring that I report the sale of stock when no stock was disposed

This section is triggered if you checked a box to indicate the S-Corp ended.

Return to the Schedule K-1 section under Business Items and review the S-Corp information. Look for a page about "More Info." Be sure there's no check in the box for "This S-corporation ended in 20XX."

If this doesn't resolve the issue, delete worksheet K1S Addl Info 2 for this K-1, which may have been added in error. 

Here is how to delete a form from your return in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign into your account from a laptop or desktop computer (this function is not available in the TurboTax mobile app)
2. Open your return
3. On the left menu, Select Tax Tools and then Tools.
4. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form
5. Click Delete next to the form or Schedule and follow the instructions to remove the form/schedule from your return.
