Cant Transmit 2019 Business and Home personal efiles for federal and state retruns - Update not loading

I'm trying to transmit (efile) my 2019 federal and state returns using TT 2019 Home and Business using Windows platform.

I'm getting message that I need to first get an update before I can transmit. Message is go to Online Menu, choose Check for Updates. Do so and get message Software is Up to Date. Try transmit again, same message.

Exit, reload, same result

I have the same problem, I tried the manual update and still no joy. It wont efile due to a required update but neither the "online->check for updates" or the manual patch resolve the issue.

There are a couple of things that you can try to get past the transmission page:

Try closing TurboTax,
Compete a disk cleanup,
Restart your computer.

If this doesn't work try this:

If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.
