COGS

I have a food trailer that I take to various events.

Question

Is Propane for the friers, gasoline for the generator and event fees COGS?

No, they would be considered overhead expenses, so you need to list them separately as Other Miscellaneous Expenses. You will see an option for that at the bottom on the list when you enter your business expenses.
