delete sd100 information

To delete your SD100, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your return.
2. On the left hand side of you screen, click Tax Tools. 
3. Then, click on Tools.
4. Click on Delete a form.
5. Scroll down to SD-100 and click delete. 

However, per the State of Ohio, you should file an SD 100 if you:

• Lived in a taxing school district at any point during the tax year,
• Received any type of income while you were a resident, AND
• You have a tax liability on that income (SD 100, line 8).

If you are required to file a return, please follow the instructions below to add back your SD100:

1. Open your state return.
2. On the page, A few things before we wrap up your state taxes, scroll down to School district taxes.
3. Click Revisit next to Ohio school district taxes.
4. Answer the on-screen questions.
5. Confirm your district number using the School District Income Tax Finder.
6. Enter the information on the following screens.
