Deleting spouse's business schedule c when married filing separately

Going through an acrimonious divorce and spouse will not speak to me nor discuss taxes (even through a lawyer). So we are married filing separately with no communication.

Spouse has had a Schedule C for 2020 and 2021 for a small freelance business (sole proprietorship). We were married filing jointly previously and I did all the taxes. Spouse has never done their own taxes before this year so I doubt they will address anything on their end.

Spouse's business had no activity in 2022. Can I safely just delete their Schedule C from my return in TurboTax Home and Business?
