Question

Did Turbo Tax e-file my CA Form 568?

I read a few threads from a week or two ago that said TurboTax Self-Employed Online software will not e-file your CA state return if you have a SMLLC with a 568 Form. I was also given a prompt during the review stage of my return that told me that too. However, rather then finishing my taxes I waited a week.

Then today I went in and attempted to e-file (without re-reviewing) and surprisingly it allowed me to e-file both my federal and CA state returns! Looking at some of the threads from last week I saw at least one person say the issue was "resolved"by Intuit but I don't have clarity on if that includes the 568 form or if I need to still file that separately.

Does anyone know, since TurboTax did not e-file 568 forms in past years, do I still need to file that one via mail? Or has the "fix" that was implemented allowed the CA state return AND 568 form to be e-filed?

Spoke with support and although he wasn't entirely positive he said I should mail my form as well to be sure. He said it was likely not e-filed because TurboTax did not support that capability in previous years either.
