Directory Error and error 190

I have loaded 2022 Business and 2022 Home & Business CD's on my computer and they both reside in separate directories which were created automatically when loading the CD's. When I complete my 1040 individual return and save it it uploads in the Business 2022 directory and gives me an error code 190 "some formsets are not present on this machine. I had also printed my S-Corp return using the 2022 Business CD. How can this be corrected?

    That did not work.  This is not a state tax problem. 

     

    The directories should not be the same. I never had this problem in the past and I've been a customer for many years.
