Do I have to fill out form Dr0617 when not having commercial vehicles?

I haven't put any info about cars in my taxes but it's still making me fill out the dr0617 for for innovative motor vehicle credit. Its not letting me do anything because of it.

Taxpayers use this form to calculate the innovative motor vehicle and innovative truck credit available for the purchase or lease of a qualifying motor vehicle.

If that doesn't apply to you, delete  form DR 0617 Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit: 

  1. Sign in to TurboTax and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off.
  2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  4. Select Delete next to the form.
