Does 1099 efile send the data to IRS, State and contractors?

I have TurboTax Business.

I efiled several 1099NECs online.

Does IRS and the State get the info electronically?

If the state does not get the info electronically, how and where do I sent the info in NM?

Do I snail mail the 1099s to the contractors also?

I'm assuming you used Intuit's Quick Employer Forms. If that's the case, please see the FAQ for that service that I'm linking below. Most, if not all, of your questions are answered there. Please post back if you have further questions.

Even if you used the Quick Employer Forms or did them on your computer you have to give the 1099NEC to the contractors you paid. If you used the Quick Employer Forms Turbo Tax only efiles them to the IRS not state.
