I want to be able to file as a 5013C can I do that using turbo tax software?

    The Form 990 as a fill-in and print form is available here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f990.pdf

    Form 990 instructions are available here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i990.pdf

    For a small and reasonably simple non-profit, while tedious to enter, the manual process is not difficult.

    Those are filed on Forms 990 series returns.  Turbotax, unfortunately, does not support them.
