Does Tennessee pop up as a option for you guys on box 15?

I need a state for the state taxes area and Tennessee is what I need to input but its not showing up

If you worked in Tennessee there shouldn't be anything in box 16 or 17 on your W-2. You don't have to enter the state. Leave boxes 15, 16, and 17 all empty. Don't enter anything.

It won't - TN has no income tax.   If box 17 is blank, leave boxes 15-17 all blank.
