Does youtube 1099 form require a profit/loss document?

Representative is saying I need this form however last year I didnt. The income comes through Google Adsense and they will send out a 1099 if you manage to get at or above the threshold for a payout.

I've spoken with other youtubers about this and none of them have said its needed. So I'm getting the sense this tax epert doesnt know what theyre talking about. Thoughts?

What the tax pro is asking for is a tally of all your income and expenses for this business so if you had income for this self employment please provide them with the needed information even if it is NOT in a formal P&L format.
