How to E-File Minnesota M8 for 2023 with Turbo Tax

    An M8 is used if you have an S corporation in Minnesota.

     

    You have to use the TurboTax Business Edition to complete and file an S Corporation tax return for federal and for state.

    Go to this TurboTax website for the TurboTax Business Edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/cd-download/

    The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer.  It cannot be used for a personal tax return, Form 1040.

    Yes, thanks, all of those steps understood & done.  I simply want to submit E-file for Minnesota M8. Federal 1120-S has already been E-filed (& accepted).  I get message TT can't E-file M8.

    TurboTax does not support e-filing of the Minnesota M8 S Corporation return.  It will have to printed and mailed.
