Your choices are to delete the entire K-1 and re-enter it without the Code V, or enter a "1" for the amount in 17 V (a "0" may also work).
This should be a Schedule K-1 (1120S). None of the entries in Box 17 affect your return, so the "dummy entry" should get you past any review.

After deleting the Schedule K-1, log out of the program. When you log back in, use the Delete a Form tool to confirm the Schedule K-1 has been removed from the list of forms in your return. Then re-enter the K-1 in the interview.
