Error - Asset Entry Worksheet (1175 Higgins Qtrs) Home Sale Worksheet link should be blank (screenshot provided)

I bought a rental property in 2002, sold it in 2024. It has been rented or vacant the whole time. I keep getting error, "Schedule E Worksheet (1175 Higgins Quarter) -- Asset Entry Worksheet (1175 Higgins Qtrs) Home Sale Worksheet link should be blank. Assets with disposition losses cannot be linked to Home Sale Worksheet". (attached screenshot below)

It takes me to Asset Entry Worksheet and i remove the text and save and the same error keeps popping up and displays 1175 Higgins Qtrs again.

What is this error, how can I fix it, where to go to fix it? Please give detail steps. Been trying to fix it for 1 hour.

Please clarify where you entered the rental property sale. Were you working under Rental Properties and Royalties >> Rental Summary >> Assets/Depreciation or Sale of Assets? Or were you in the Less Common Income section under Sale of Home?
