Error message mileage

Why am I getting an error message when I try to submit my mileage? 
I have the miles driven for all purposes

Miles driven for the Job 

Commuting miles 

and the round trip daily commute? Still get a error to fix before continuing.

What does the error message say?  Please clarify.

 

Within the establishment of the vehicle within the self-employment activity, did you select I own this vehicle?  Or something else?
