Federal tax forms for a non-exempt Florida non profit corporation

We are a Florida non-profit corp without tax exempt status. Do we file a 1120 even thought we have no income?

Unless exempt under section 501, all domestic corporations (including corporations in bankruptcy) must file an income tax return whether or not they have taxable income. Domestic corporations must file Form 1120,
