File a No Tax Due Information Report in Colorado

We moved from Texas to Colorado 2 years ago.

In Texas we used to file "File a No Tax Due Information Report" for our business entity because there was no business activities.

Now in Colorado, we registered a business again, but also no activities.

Is there a "File a No Tax Due Information Report" also in Colorado, how do I file it?

Thanks

There is no similar "no tax due" report in Colorado.

According to the Colorado Department of Revenue, "Any corporation, partnership, joint venture, common trust fund, limited association, pool or working agreement, limited liability company or any other combination of persons or interests, that is required to file a federal income tax return, must file a Colorado Income Tax Return."
