Filing Final S Corp return

In filing my S Corp final return, although the Balance Sheet shows completed and in balance within the software, the PDF copy I saved for my records, as I e-filed, has no numbers in it. Thus, when I go to file my State Return, the software wants me to complete the Balance Sheet, again. I cannot be in the Federal Balance Sheet at the same time I complete the State Return, which like the saved PDF has no numbers in it.

I checked I would be attaching my Federal return to my state return, to provide all information needed for the state, as I have done for the last 17 years.

I was told by support to wait and file an amended return 3 weeks after my original return, but will this not happen again?

How can I file an amended Federal return to include the Balance Sheet, and then also have such imported for my State return?

In preparing the State return, the software asks if a Franchise Tax is due. I checked no, as it is not due in the final year. If I overwrite the amount due to zero, the software hides the question. It then generally adds the Franchise fee back after I save and close the file, then reopen.

How can I complete the State return without it showing a Franchise due?
