So my wife is currently not eligible for an SSN, so we are filing by mail with W-7 (for ITIN) for federal tax. We prepared 1040 for both federal and state through TurboTax online.
For state tax, should we complete another W-7 and mail in with state tax return ?
I tried calling support a couple of times, the agents didn’t seem to know the answer.
Can someone here help please ?
