Question

Finished entering data but TTax keeps asking for more info on Self-employment Income/expense section where it incorrectly lists my LLC twice as 2 different lines of work?

I've made sure the syntax of my LLC is correct but it looks like TTax failed to collapse both line items so it's prompting me to re enter everything I've already entered as though I have 2 different LLCs between 2023 & 2024. I don't need Tax Advice just Tech assistance - is there a ph# or email for that?

If you entered Form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC under that income topic, TurboTax may have created a new business to report that income. Your best option is to return to the 1099 income topic and delete the entry you made. Then enter the income under the related business.

You can delete the duplicate business from the list of businesses in your return. Use the delete/trashcan icon and confirm the deletion. Note that everything entered for that business will be removed from your return. Be sure to verify you are deleting the duplicate and not the one transferred from last year's return.
