Question

For employer name i put Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC. and it’s appearing as invalid how am i supposed to format the name?

    Enter all the letters without the apostrophe or punctuation - Portillos Hot Dogs LLC as example. Enter the EIN without dashes, which will be placed automatically by TurboTax.

     

    This should clear any issues unless the name doesn't match the employer identification number (EIN) with the IRS file. If the e-file goes through you should be fine.
