"Foreign" LLC State filing

Filing using TurboTax Business for a multimember LLC (Partnership due to spousal ownership) and are operating in a state other than the one organized in as a "foreign LLC". Do I need to buy the state partnership filing for the "Foreign LLC" state? or is there another state version - like a Multimember LLC?

You may need to file a tax return in the state the partnership was formed in, depending on the laws of that state. There is no multimember version of TurboTax, but you can file a state tax return for any state that requires one using the TurboTax Business program. You just need to order the program for the state that you need.
