Form 1041 Schedule G line 1a shows tax computation, but right click on the value, then on 'Data Source' gives a popup that says, 'There is no help content for this context'. The value is not that given by the 2022 Tax Rate Schedule found in the Form 1041 Instructions. How is the tax being calculated? If Schedule D Tax Worksheet is opened it is blank.

Right-clicking on Schedule G line 1a displays:

Schedule G, line 1a, tax
The tax is computed according to the tax rate schedule shown in the IRS instructions for line 1a, the Qualified Dividends Tax Worksheet, the Schedule D Tax Worksheet, or Part V of Schedule D, whichever is applicable.

What have you entered into the program (i.e. the type of income)?

If you made a distribution of capital gains, the tax computation section of Schedule D (Part V) will be blank.
