Form 1116 - TT is requiring me to file a form 1116 though I owe less than $4 - it is not required to file a 1116 unless it's over 300. I am filling as a single person.

To delete Form 1116 TurboTax Online:

1. Open your return in TurboTax
2. Select Continue or Pick up where you left off
3. In the left pane, select the Tax Tools dropdown
4. Select Tools
5. In the pop-up window Tool Center, select Delete a form
6. Select Delete next to Form 1116
7. On the Delete Selected Forms page, select Delete Form
8. On the Form Successfully Deleted page, select Continue

If the form still comes back after deleting the form, then there is a question that is initiating the creation of the form.  To get to the relevant area of TurboTax Online to review any entries:

1. Open (continue) your return in TurboTax
2. Make sure you've already entered all your foreign income. If you still need to enter it, do that now
3. Select Search and search for foreign tax credit. Select the Jump to link in the search results
4. Review all entered information
