My Schedule K-1, Box 13, Code K is $0 AND Box 20, Code AE is $0, do I still need to attach Form 8990?
No. If there is nothing to report on Form 8990, you don't need to file the form. Also, you can uncheck the boxes for these codes (enter nothing).
