I am filing my taxes as an individual, but it's printing Form 8995.  I do not have a business.  Do I submit my return with this form?  I have tried to delete it, but it won't let me.

Thank you.

You don't have to have a business for a Form 8995 to be generated as a part of your tax return.  A common reason for that happening is when you have REIT dividends that report 199A dividends in Box 5 of Form 1099-DIV.  Those dividends are entitled to the Qualified Business Income Deduction, which is reported on Form 8995.  There are other reasons it could be generated, such as royalty payments.  Bottom line, if TurboTax created, it needs to be filed, and it will reduce your tax liability.  Don't delete it.
