Has anyone NOT received their second stimulus check ($600)? I got a notice 1444B saying it was issued by check, but also a C13 reducing my refund ($600 to $0). Help?

If you received the notice 1444B in the mail but have not received your payment as mentioned in the notice, then you need to request a trace and claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 tax return. Please see How do I request a payment trace to track my first or second Economic Impact Payments? for details.

If you do not request a trace the IRS will just adjust your Recovery Rebate Credit according to their records.
