Solved

Hello, my NJ state return is asking for my s corporation info. I do not have an s corp. How do I get / delete this? I am using the Home and Business turbotax.

I have used the help section.  It tells me how to delete the 1120s form.  I can not find that in my return!

An S-Corp would be reported on Schedule K-1. You may delete this from Step-by-Step under the Personal Tab >> Investment Income >> Schedules K-1.

You may also open your return and search for "k-1" to jump to that topic.

If you're unable to find a K-1 entry for the S-Corp, you may be able to delete the form in Forms Mode

Look for "K-1 Partner" in the left column. Click the name to open the form in the large window. Then click the Delete button at the bottom of the form window.

I am having the exact same issue. The only outstanding K-1's are partnerships that exist.

You can follow these steps to delete the S corporation schedule K-1 that is in your return in error:

  1. Click on Tax Tools in the left menu bar
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Look under Other Helpful Links and choose Delete a form

Find the schedule K-1 you want to remove in the list and click on the delete icon to remove it. @pmnef
