Help with choosing drop down category Box 14 CTPL

In Box 14 - Description is CTPL, I put in the dollar amount and now I need to choose a category. There is nothing for Connecticut in the drop down. I do not know what to choose. Can anyone help please?

    Box 14 description can be entered as Other (not classified) if you do not see a category that matches your specific description.  

     

    Box 14 reports amounts that do not belong to any other categories on the W-2.  Employers can use box 14 to report additional tax or income information for filing or informational purposes.
