Without further information on how you have entered info for the Home Office Deduction, it's difficult to fully resolve your issue. However, there are two areas that typically relate to your situation.

1. You can take the simplified home office deduction on only one home office.

2. You need to allocate indirect expenses between the two offices (expenses for the home(s) in total, not expenses specific to each home office).

The easiest way to find this section of TurboTax is to use the Search box at the top right side of the TurboTax header. Click on the magnifying glass, type in "home office deduction", and hit Enter. The first result should be "jump to home office deduction". Click on this link to go directly to the business section.

Click "Yes" when asked if you wish to work on your business income and expenses. Then click "Edit" to the right of the business you wish to review. Work through the income screens until you see the Business Expenses summary screen.

Click Update to the right of "Home Office expenses", then click "Edit" to the right of the home office you wish to review. Work through the interview for both home offices to verify your input for the two issues listed above.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may wish to print Schedule C, Forms 8829 (one for each home office), and related worksheets. You can do this by downloading your entire return to your computer as a PDF file to view or print.

Additional Info: Can I claim the home office deduction for two or more businesses?
