Question

Hi! I didn't have any business meals deducted, but Form 104 Line 5 won't let me input 0: "Form 104: business meals deducted needs to be a positive number greater than 0."

Can you make sure there is nothing entered at all into the field? Sometimes there is a space and it thinks something is there.

Plus one to this issue - it will not allow me to just delete the "0" - please advise!

Since you can't delete the zero as you go through the program, it sounds stuck. You should be able to delete it.

A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files). For stuck information follow these steps:

    Online version:

    1. Delete the form/ worksheet- if possible, see How to Delete
    2. Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
      • Don't use Internet Explorer.
      • Clear cache and cookies,
      • Sign in using a different browser.
      • Sign in using a different device.
    3. Log back into your return.
      • Enter the information again.

    Desktop version:

    1. Delete the form
    2. Save your return while closing the program.
    3. Update the program
    4. Open
    5. Enter the information again.
