Hi,I have a question regarding the car I used for my consultation business

I am filing a joint return with my husband. The car I used for my personal business is under my husband's name. He is also the person on the car loan. Is it acceptable to state that I own the car on the return so I can utilize the itemized deductions?
Thank you for our time!

Yes, you may report your vehicle expenses for your business even though the vehicle title is not in your name. When filing a joint return with your spouse, any question asking about "you" includes both taxpayer and spouse.

Note that Vehicle Expenses for your self-employed business are reported on Schedule C. See this post for more info: Where do I enter my self-employment business expenses, like home office, vehicle mileage, and supplies?
