How to place home raised cows with no depreciation and no cost into 4797 part I

You're going to use a schedule F. When the system asks you about livestock sales you will answer "Yes" and then enter the cattle in as a sale with a sale price of how much you were paid for them and a basis of zero. The system will automatically carry the sale from the schedule F to form 4797 for you.
