How can I edit the response to schedule c, line j?

I intended to select "yes" that I filed a 1099-NEC. I am unable to find a way to return to those questions.

Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program and which version? I haven't seen the Online version this year but see if these steps get you close

Click on Federal or the Business tab for Home&Business version
Then scroll down to Self Employment and click on Update, Edit or Revisit
Then click EDIT by the business name and the next screen should be a list of topics,
Business Profile, Income, Inventory/Cost of Goods Sold, Expenses, Assets, and Final Details last

Click on Business Profile
Look for Any 1099 payments
