I receive first and second Economic Impact Payments at 2020. However, I am not eligible to receive those two Economic Impact Payments and I want to return to IRS.(I already finished the tax report this year). How should I return those two Economic Impact Payments to IRS through Turbotax? Thanks!

You cannot "return" any ineligible EIP payments through TurboTax and I recommend you do not attempt to return them to the IRS.

Even if you were ineligible to receive them, returning them to the IRS may create additional problems. There is a good chance they would not get "credited" to your account and the IRS may come back to you later looking for another repayment.

Wait until the IRS sorts out and completes this tax season. If you were ineligible to receive the checks, the IRS will contact you.

(If you are sure you are ineligible, set the money aside and wait for the IRS to contact you).
