Question

How do I access form 1041 on turbotax Home & Business? It only calls up form 1040 or forms W-2 or 1099.

Form 1041 is for estates and trusts, and is not part of the 1040 programs which include Home & Business.

You would need  TurboTax Business to file Form 1041, as the personal versions of TurboTax don't support this form.

After you install TurboTax Business and begin working on your return, you'll be asked which type of return you need to prepare. Select Trust or Estate return (Form 1041) and proceed.

See this TurboTax help article for access to additional information.

The TurboTax Home & Business desktop CD/Download edition can only be used for personal tax return.

To complete a Form 1041 for Estates and Trusts you would need the TurboTax Business Edition which is a separate program - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/cd-download/

The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.  The Business Edition cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.
