You have to return to your business entries in TurboTax and look for the screen that says Your (name of business) Business and then click on the Update box. You will then come to a screen that says Let's confirm your business info, on which there is an option Any 1099 payments. Edit that option and you can change the responses on lines i and j on schedule C.
