How do I claim second stimulus when turbo tax says that the first stimulus is all I should have gotten?

I need to know how to claim the second stimulus. We received the first but not the second. IRS said to claim it on our tax returns this year. But whenI entered the amount for the first stimulus the turbo tax said that is all i should have received and would not let me claim the second stimulus. Is this going to be fixed or do I need to use a new tax preparer?

All of our programs have now been updated to include the second stimulus payment. If you are not seeing this option in Federal Review please check for updates (if using TurboTax desktop) or clear your browser cache & cookies and log back into your account to ensure you are seeing the most up-to-date version of the program.

Please be aware that many taxpayers may still receive payments between now and January 15, 2021, If you were affected by the recent IRS processing error, you may see funds as soon as today.
