At the bottom of your TurboTax page (once you log in) you will see the hyperlink for "Cobrowse" which will be near the "license agreement" and "Security" hyperlinks also at the bottom of the screen.

When you are on the phone with TT support they will walk you thru the co browse or file sharing options. 

 

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.

How to cobrowse

@dkw2887133 Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log into your TurboTax account and scroll to the bottom of the page. 
  2. Click Cobrowse
  3. A pop-up box containing the following message will appear: "Share this code with your expert." 
  4. Provide that code to the TurboTax Live expert who is assisting you.

pressing cobrowse results in error message for me...

When you are on the phone with a TT support person then they will direct you on how to cobrowse if needed.
