How do I complete the Form IT-204-LL on turbo tax? I did our personal taxes using Turbo Tax, but no 1065

This is for New York State. It is a sole proprietorship LLC so no 1065 is filed..Just want to access the form

TurboTax Online

TurboTax for personal returns does not prepare the IT-204-LL. You will need TurboTax Business for that. You can also go to the New York State Division of Taxation and download the form and fill it out by hand and mail it in.

I have included below a caption of the NYS rule regarding SMLLC's and a link that I believe will be of assistance to you. Be advised that NY does require an annual fee for Single Member LLC's even if no tax is due.
