You can delete Schedule B from your return by following these steps in TurboTax: While in your Tax Home, Scroll down on the left side menu, Select Tax Tools, Select Tools, Select Delete a Form, Scroll down until you see the form you want to delete, Select Delete.

You can delete Schedule B from your return by following these steps in TurboTax:

While in your Tax Home,
Scroll down on the left side menu,
Select Tax Tools,
Select Tools,
Select Delete a Form,
Scroll down until you see the form you want to delete,

There are no Tools menu in my 2024 Premier Turbo tax. There is no TaxHome either.

I select Open Form from the top menu on my file, then select Seller financed mortgage interest. I use the pull down menu FORMS and select REMOVE SELLER FIN.

nothing happens, the form is not removed. I have to remove this since I mistakenly entered the info into seller finance when I already entered into form 6252.

This is a turbotax error that I cannot get around and I cannot correct or update the form to remove the data.

Have you returned to the Installment Sale topic in TurboTax? You should be able to delete the entry from the list of sales in your return.

To manually remove the form in Forms Mode, click on the form name in the left column to open it in the large window. Then click the "Delete Form" button at the bottom of the open form.
