How do I edit my Schedule c answers before I file?

Business miles are part of the vehicle section of your business.

• Type sch c in Search in the upper right (the magnifying glass)
• Tap Jump to sch c
• On Your 2022 self-employed work summary, Edit your business
• Go to Expenses > Vehicle, then Edit
• Tap Edit next to your Vehicle in Vehicle Summary
• Continue to “How do you want to enter your mileage for this Vehicle?
• Change the number in Enter the miles you drove just for your [business] in 2022 from 1/1/2022 to 6/30/2022
• Change the number in Enter the miles you drove just for your [business] in 2022 from 7/1/2022 to 12/31/2022

The IRS changed the mileage rate mid-year due to spiking gas prices so you will have to split your business mileage according to your records.
