Solved

How do I edit Schedule E, Part I, did you make any payments in 2022 that would require you to file form 1099?

You can update this information in your Property Profile in TurboTax Online.   Search for rentals and use the Jump to rentals link from the search results.   Click Edit next to your property.   Then click on Edit next to Rental (or royalty) Property Info.    Scroll down to Owner Info, and select Edit underneath where it says Required to send a 1099.

If you need to send 1099 forms, you can use Quick Employer Forms to do so.   And if you did send out 1099 forms, you would enter the amounts in the rental expenses section in the appropriate category.
