First year of filing taxes for new LLC formed for rental property for inherited home from father. How do I file multi-partner LLC taxes? How can I file an extension since I missed the deadline?

Partnership Form 1065 returns for tax year 2024 were due on March 15, 2025. It's now too late to file an extension. Tax extensions provide taxpayers six additional months to complete their tax returns, but they must be filed by the tax deadline.

 

Your best option is to complete the partnership return and file as soon as possible.
