How do I file my business taxes separately from personal?

    What kind of  business do you have?    If you have a S-corps, C-corps or multi-member partnership you will need TurboTax Business on a Windows computer.   And your personal 1040 will have to be prepared using another version of TT.  TT Business cannot prepare a Form 1040.

     

    Or do you have a sole proprietorship?  If so you put all of your income on the same Form1040 and prepare a Schedule C for your business expenses.
