How do I find schedule D for Online version?

I have a net long term capital loss of $4000 but I’m only credited with about $2300 in loss. Why? Not having used Turbo tax in the past, How do input manually prior year losses for carryover?

    1. Sch D comes from various forms you enter. To see your forms:

    2. We can't see your return to know where you have $1700 in gain.

    3. To add your prior year carryover loss:

    • Open your return to federal income
    • Locate the investment income section
    • Select Capital Loss Carryover
    • Use last year's sch D
