Is it possible you are using a different username this year? Did you use TurboTax desktop last year? TurboTax desktop is maintained on your own computer not on the TurboTax servers. If you did use TurboTax online in 2021 and all identifying information is the same, perhaps the following may help.
If you used TurboTax for your 2021 tax preparation you can view what your entries were by making the system think you need to amend your 2021 return. To access this feature follow these steps:
Log in to TurboTax and make sure you are at the "Tax Home" screen
Scroll down and click on "Your tax return & documents"
You will see multiple years showing, click on 2021 and give a reason for amending. Typically the easiest one is to add a state. This will gain you access to the 2021 data for you to view.
