How do I fix my Schedule HC Worksheet?

We cannot see your screen from here but if there is a field that shows this error, it should be OK to truncate it. 
Also, if you copy and pasted information into a field, please be sure there are not spaces at the beginning or the end.

If this does not solve the problem, please delete the current state return and add again, so it can pull fresh data from the federal return. 

 

If this is TurboTax Online

  1. Go to the States section and click on the trashcan icon
  2. Confirm Delete
  3. Select Add another state button
  4. Try Massachusetts again with fresh data
