Question

How do I get refunded if excess fees were withheld for Colorado Family Leave?

The Colorado Family Leave is withheld at a rate of 0.45% up to the Social Security maximum ($168,600) for 2024, so $758.70 for the year. The maximum was withheld with one company, and then I started a new job the same year, which withheld again. Is there an entry in the TurboTax Colorado State form where this can be entered for a refund?
